Baltimore Conservatory Fall Show

Mums, Mischief and Merriment is the aptly titled fall flower show at the Rawlings Conservatory in Druid Hill Park. There are mums, mums, and more mums celebrating the diversity of the mum using a clever medieval theme: a dragon, knights, castle walls, and more…

Forty varieties of mums are on display; there are 1,300 mums in pots alone and countless more on the dragon and the huge hanging mum balls which greet visitors at the entrance. It’s an amazing flower show which runs through November 21. Don’t forget to see the magnificent plants from around the world (many in bloom) in the Palm House, the Orchid Room, the Mediterranean House, the Tropical House, and the Desert House, all part of the Conservatory. It truly is a Baltimore treasure that is fun to visit throughout the year. For more information:
