christmas tree wh 22 This Is When Christmas Music Ends

We get so many calls and e-mails asking when the Christmas music will end.  A lot of people think we cut it off at midnight on the 25th.  For years, we’ve kept the Christmas music on after the 25th.  Here’s our plan for this year.

We will have Christmas music on 24/7 through the 28th.  Then, on the 29th, we’ll have three or four Christmas songs an hour.  Friday the 30th, we will have Baltimore’s Lite Hits on 24/7.  Then, to celebrate new years, 101.9 Lite FM will have an “All 80’s Flashback Weekend.”

FYI…we’ve included more variety and a brighter more fun sound to the Lite Hits for 2012.  We’ve re-energized 101.9 Lite FM for a GREAT new year!!  Can’t wait.

Have a wonderful holiday season!!

    Hello. Merry Christmas!

We love your station. Keep up the good work. We just love the Christmas music 24/7. We were hoping that you would continue 24/7 until about Jan 2nd. as we thought this is what was done years ago. ?? Thank you, The Macdonald Family

For years, I have loved the Flashback Weekend–one of the many good things about the weekends! 🙂 While I like the 80’s music, I really love the 60’s and 70’s, so I do hope that you will continue with the 60’s and 70’s also as there was some fantastic music during this time!

Can you please tell me if you will continue with the 60’s and 70’s music during flashback weekend?
    Thank you, Terry Macdonald

    1. Yes, from time to time we will have the 60’s and 70’s on the Flashback Weekend. –Greg

Thank you for playing Christmas music as long as you have. I wish that you would have played it 24/7 through Friday night. However I am very happy to have it as long as I did!!!

Truly, even the mainstream Christian stations have gone back to regular programming. My kids are blown away that we still can enjoy the season… Not everyone has moved on 🙂 It is wonderful, and truly, the most wonderful time of the year! We play w/toys, wait for snow and savor each moment, and do so in song … Thank you 🙂
