A fake tan, high heels, leggings..experts say can make us put on weight.  Let’s start with a handbag…..

A large purse makes us store fat on one side more than other.  So it dependson  which side you wear your purse on.

Leggings, trick our leg and stomach muscles into a compression mode.  When the leggings come off, so do the tightened muscles.

Fake tans have a chemical call phthalates, it makes us more prone to weight gain.

High heels, love those…but….they cause your stomach muscle to spill forward.

What’s a woman to do?  Tummy crunches, aerobics and go tanless!
