A sushi dinner could weigh in at 1,000 calories per meal! How can you avoid the calories and have healthy sushi?

According the experts, rice is a big factor. The grain can add up to 240 calories. So order it this way, “Naruto.” Your roll with cucumber instead of rice.

Also, although it’s tempting- skip the tempura!
