This isn’t the first time Mrs. Ripken was violated. In July of 2012, Vi Ripken was kidnapped from the garage of her Aberdeen home. The suspect tied up the woman and drove her through Harford and Baltimore Counties. Cal Ripken Jr. with the help of America’s Most Wanted, conducted a search for that suspect. This case remains unsolved.
