I started working out at The MAC about a week ago and I have to say that I think I am already addicted to it.

I have not worked out in years and I was afraid that I was gonna hate it. But let me tell those of you who are as exercise-resistant as I am that it feels really good!

Here’s how I know that I am happy with my new workout plan: I have had food poisoning for the past couple of days and I haven’t been able to work out and I actually miss it! Me, missing exercise?!?! How is that possible?

So, if you feel the need to exercise – get on it and join me as I try to get healthier!
