It all started when Winston Blick, owner of Clementine and Richard Marsiglia, owner of Hamilton Vacuum came together to create a local fresh food market.   They wanted people from all around the city to experience food that not tastes good, but is good for you by providing the freshest meats, cheese, produce, dairy and other consumables from many farms and farmers in the area. The result is the Green Onion in Hamilton which opened on May 17, 2012. This answers the need for organic farm to table food in the area. Here’s a list of some of their suppliers: Hamilton Crop circle / One Straw Farm / Zahradka Farm / Bellevale Farm / Forever Endeavor  Farm / Cedar Hill Farm / Rumbleway Farm / Fetter Fruit Farm / Baughers Farm / Prigel Family Creamery / Andy’s Eggs
