This is so true. Your age can dictate the kind of perfume or fragrance you wear. Elizabeth Arden did some research and here’s what they came up with. See if you agree…

They enlisted the help of a “scent” psychologist, Dr. Rachel Herz, to understand the link. So here we go!

Teens are influenced by their peers, so a $60 bottle of One Direction That Moment is in their shopping cart.

The 20’s, a high-profile celebrity spokeswoman was their fragrance of choice. Over $100 for the 20-somethings.

The 30s, that feel-good fragrance is what you want. A creative blend of florals.

The 40s, look to their significant others when selecting a fragrance. Black Orchid is a favorite for women and their men.

The 50s, back to a feel good fragrance looking for uplifting and warm. I love Lavanilla’s Blackberry. An organic line of fragrance and toiletries.

The 60s, the gold standard…Chanel No. 5.
