Idina Menzel and Michael Bublé have taken it to heart with the video for “Baby, It’s Cold Outside” and, absent any Internet-breaking grumpy cats, given the floor over entirely to a pair of pint-sized stand-ins.
The visual punch line comes early, when you see the kid-version of Bublé begin lip synching to his particularly low vocals on the song. It is equally adorable that kid Menzel is the taller of the dancing duo.
The setting (an Art Deco hotel lobby) and costuming of 11 year olds dressed like Frank Sinatra is a power-punch of can’t-look-away cute.
