It happens to all of us… waking up the same time every night.
But what is really happening? Could it be something to do with your heart, your lungs, your stomach?
Waking up at a certain time of night is actually a signal from your body about something going on inside. This theory also has roots in the centuries-old Chinese practice of feng shui, which links times of day, parts of the body, and emotional states.
Everyone’s body has an internal cycle of waking and sleeping. See a couple of examples of health compared to time below:
