Some tips to help out the BBQ!

If you are out of lighter fluid, you can use ‘this’…really…..experts say salad dressing can be used as lighter fluid. Not sure which kind. I am thinking bleu cheese is a no-no. Guessing any dressing with oil in it. Just pour it over the charcoal, carefully!

Oil the grill (carefully)… it keeps the meat from sticking.

Don’t mess with the meat once it’s on the grill until you are ready to flip it.  Ideally, you should only flip it once.  Pushing it out with a fork or spatula, too much, dries it out.
