Hannah Brown Reveals She's on Waitlist for Popular Dating App

February 18, 2020

Hannah Brown's journey to find love is not over yet.

Her turn on "The Bachelorette" ended in heartbreak, but she is not giving up. According to USA Today, Brown revealed that she is on a waitlist for the popular dating app Raya.

The app launched as a dating app in 2015, but has since expanded to promote professional networking for members of the entertainment industry.

The 25-year-old comically revealed that the exclusive dating app is standing in her way of finding true love on Monday.

"You guys, I don't know if you know this, but I was the 'Bachelorette' and I can't get on Raya," Brown said on her Instagram story. "I've been on the waiting list for months now."

Raya is an exclusive, membership-based dating app that athletes, celebrities and online influencers can use. USA Today reported that taking screenshots of its famous users can get you in trouble.

People who are interested in signing up must submit an application that includes their occupation and Instagram handle.

"I'm done," Brown said.

"Christian Mingle, here I come."

Brown then joked she "might not be allowed" on the religious dating site due to her controversial season on "The Bachelorette."

Brown made an appearance on the season premiere of "The Bachelor" in January, full of references to an infamous windmill episode from her season of "The Bachelorette" last year.

The windmill reached meme-level fame after Brown revealed to another “Bachelorette” contestant that she was pretty busy during her stay in one with Peter Weber. Later, during the live finale of the season, Brown revealed that she and Weber actually hooked up four times in the rustic windmill, which sent fans into a frenzy of comments and memes.

The windmill, which has been redesigned as a unique home in Greece, is listed on Airbnb for overnight rentals. Fans of "The Bachelor" can now make their own fantasy suite evening out of a stay in the quirky cottage.
